BASĀLT, nestled along the seafront of Ammoudi Santorini, draws inspiration from the majestic Basalt stone and the salt-kissed air of the Aegean Sea.
Our menu is a tribute to Greek culture, featuring locally sourced produce and fine ingredients that capture the essence of Greece.
From succulent seafood to authentic Greek delicacies, every dish at Basalt is a celebration of tradition and flavor.
The holding fee for all reservations is 10 euros per person. The requested amount will be included in your final bill.
If you decide to reach Ammoudi by car, our restaurant is the first one you will find in the bay. Otherwise, you may treck down the wide stonned steps from Oia’s Castle, our restaurant is the last one on your right.
